Ellas son el hip-hop, ellas son Las Ninyas del Corro
Hablar del hip-hop español en la actualidad es pasar por una generación interminable de raperos y raperas que formaron lo que hoy representa el rap en aquel país, ¿nombres? muchos, algunos de ellos hoy en día podemos seguirlos escuchando con nuevas propuestas, ritmos que combinan un poco de su esencia con los nuevos talentos y otros que ofrecen actualmente.

Las Ninyas del Corro, Laüra Bonsai y Felina Vallejo representan todo lo que el rap era en sus inicios, luego de su debut en el año 2015 y tras su exitoso EP #SKIT2020, las originarias de Barcelona dejaron claro que venían con todo para conquistar la escena, con temas cargados de beats tradicionales y llenos de una esencia de los noventas que nos hicieron transportarnos a los años donde las bases agresivas y más representativas del hip hop sonaban con todo en las bocinas de los barrios y las fiestas underground en todas las ciudades donde todo inició.
A pesar de ser un proyecto relativamente nuevo, las Ninyas se han posicionado gracias a su sonido sumamente característico que las hace diferenciarse del resto, desarrollado y con mucha fuerza. Esto las ha catapultado a compartir escenario con grandes referentes del rap, no pidiendo nada a nadie en cuanto a beats, producción y composición.

¿Y cómo desarrollaron este ritmo? Escuchando, asistiendo a los corros en Barcelona, lugares algo así como las plazas públicas o los lugares under donde se juntan en algunos puntos de las ciudades para batallar, esos circuitos de freestyle en donde en ocasiones se encuentran las nuevas promesas de la escena. Pasaron de trabajar en tiendas de ropa y tener trabajos sumamente convencionales, a dar el salto a intentar hacer lo que realmente les apasiona, la música a través del rap.
El camino no ha sido sencillo, tal y como ellas lo han expresado en algunas entrevistas, abrirse camino en una industria en donde no solo el rap si no toda la cultura urbana ha sido dominada en su mayoría de hombres. Una historia parecida seguramente con muchas otras exponentes que han tenido que ir contra corriente, raperas que todavía guardan esa esencia noventera en sus beats, en sus letras y en la forma que tienen de plantarse arriba del escenario.

Onna-Bugeisha
Sus letras y su manera de componer, acompañada del bombo y la caja se ven reflejadas en su álbum debut del 2021, Onna-Gugeisha; en donde Esse Delgado se encargó de la producción y los arreglos, y con colaboraciones con productores como Blasfem, Tensei One y Sceno por mencionar algunos. Es un disco que desde el primer momento te transporta de inmediato a otra época, con beats fuertes y algunos más tranquilos, metiendo variación voces en algunos tracks como la colaboración con Moneo en Perdón de Dios, temas cargados de furia, con letras en las que denotan que su manera de hacer música no raya en lo convencional y que por algunos instantes nos hacen pensar que estamos escuchando canciones de inicios de los 2000.

No tengo duda de que el camino para las Ninyas apenas comienza, todavía tienen mucho que decir y mucho que rapear, es necesario prestar atención y analizar con detenimiento sus letras, sentir esos beats y reconocer que las originarias de Barcelona lo vienen haciendo bastante bien. ¿Gira por el mundo?, ¿Visita a México?, por favor, No lo sabemos, pero sin duda, ahí estaremos.
Por ahora, hay que seguir escuchando, esperando nuevos tracks, tal vez un nuevo EP, porque hoy, llenan todos los lugares en donde se presentan en España: Están abriendo conciertos y festivales, subiéndose al escenario con artistas de talla mundial como Kase O y el Foyone, colaborando y mezclando ritmos, haciendo fusiones que nos enseñan que el rap clásico sigue siendo parte de las nuevas generaciones y demostrando que las Ninyas del Corro no son el nuevo hip hop femenino, son el hip hop y punto.
